NCDEQ - Permit No. WQ0045298 The Project includes the following Work: Project includes installation of a sanitary sewer pump station with Standby Generator, approximately 5700 linear feet of 6" SDR 21 Force Main, 306 lf - 12 " Steel casing bore and jack road crossing, tie to existing force main, Access road to pump station and Site, 1648 lf of 8" PVC gravity sewer line with associated appurtenances and erosion control. The award of a contract under this solicitation may be partially paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All Proposers and subcontractors used by Proposersshall comply with all applicable federal laws,state laws,state standards, local ordinances, regulations, executive orders, and the terms and conditions of the funding award.
