Description: The work generally consists of the reconstruction of three (3) alley locations with green infrastructure improvements, consisting of: permeable paver block installation, underdrain installation, aggregate base course, P.C.C. installation and the removals and all incidentals with the project. The City of Markham's Green Alley project is funded through an MWRD Green Infrastructure partnership program. As a participant, this project must comply with MWRD requirements for contracting with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Owned Business Enterprises (WBE), and Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE). The bidder's proposal submittal shall include an executed MWRD Utilization Plan, certifying the bidder's commitment to MBE/WBE/VBE participation for those proposed project.
