Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The improvement includes Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk and driveways, brick paver sidewalks, pavement removal, storm sewer, temporary traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including , located along E. Euclid Avenue between E. 14th Street and Union Pacific Railroad crossing, and along Fremont Street between E. 13th Street and E. 14th Street in Des Moines, Iowa. The Citys Overall Annual DBE/TSB Goal for this project is 5.72% This project shall be fully completed October 3, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
