Site work for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The improvement includes the rehabilitation of approximately 22,000 lineal feet of 8-inch through 36-inch diameter sanitary sewers with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, bypass pumping, sewer cleaning and televising, sewer spot repairs, sewer spot lining, manhole rehabilitation, and other related items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 672-163/193 at the following locations: 30th Street, 32nd Street, 34th Street, 38th Place, 38th Street, 3rd Street, 40th Street, 41st Street, 42nd Street, Allison Ave, Bel Aire Road, Bennett Avenue, Crestmoor Place, Douglas Avenue, E. 36th Street, E. 39th Street, E. Kenyon Avenue, Hickman Avenue, Hughes Avenue, Jefferson Ave, Lincoln Ave, Lindlavista Way, Marianna Trail, Rose Avenue, Shawnee Avenue, SW 12th Street, SW 13th Street, SW 8th Street, SW 9th Street, Thornton Avenue, Twana Drive, University Avenue, Valdez Drive, Waterbury Circle, Watrous Avenue, Woodland Cemetery, and other locations in the City as directed by the Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than June 1, 2026. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $4,500,000.00 Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
