ACTIVITY ID 09-2024-005 Object Code 543050 Organization No C038EG Project No SW081 The improvement includes Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) roadway pavement, sidewalk, driveways, pavement removal, storm sewer, water main, temporary traffic control, erosion control, retaining walls, surface restoration, and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 667-192/237, located along Porter Avenue between SW 9th Street and South Union Street; the intersection of E. Jefferson Avenue and E. Lay Street; and the intersection of 45th Street and Chamberlain Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed September 30, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $575,000.00 Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
