The Project includes the following Work: REG plea D N Construction of approximately 3,900 linear feet of roadway and waste disposal areas including supply and installation of gravel and pavement materials, installation of an earthen berm on the southeastern portion of the project site, installation of infiltration ponds and associated piping and appurtenances, supply and installation of wooden fencing, supply and installation of precast modular block retaining walls, supply and installation of approximately 275 linear feet of 2" electrical conduit, all landscaping, supply and installation of erosion and sedimentation controls, and all else incidental thereto as shown on the contract drawings and specifications. Each General Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of thirty (30) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays after the actual date of the opening of the General Bids.
