The cemetery fencing is located within the Old Westside Cemetery. The work must be performed between September 5 and Memorial Day 2025. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials necessary to do the work. No bids submitted after that time will be accepted. Award will be made within ten (10) business days after the submission due date. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 149, sections 26 and 27, the Division of Occupational Safety has determined the Prevailing Wage Rates for this work and they are included as part of the IFB.
