Site work and new construction of a military facility in Kingston, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 89,846-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Construction of a 21 Electronic Warfare Regiment building. The building will meet the Canadian Green Building Council Zero-Carbon Building Performance Standards. TIMELINE: Design updates will not be released for publication. The building contract is expected to be awarded later in 2025, with construction taking up to 24 months. The building is expected to be operational in 2028. Updates will be made upon issuance of ITB or announcement of secured contractor. Whether the owner will tender publicly has not been released for publication. *Owner estimates the project at $98 million.
