Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment to provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and as-needed corrective maintenance services for the Water Division VFD AC Units and VFD Chillers listed below located at the J Avenue Water Treatment Plant, 761 J Avenue NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 and some remote locations. Bids may be withdrawn any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids; no bid may be modified or withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days thereafter.
