The Project consists of : Replacement of approximately 14,000 square feet of asphalt paving at Parking Lots A & B at the 19 - 1 Spring Court Extension Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work. a. Repair of all existing lawn areas damaged during the work b. Protection of the existing underground sprinkler system throughout the development. c. Contractor shall repair/replace sprinkler heads, piping, etc. damaged during the work. Alternate No. 1 - Replacement of approximately 7,600 square feet of asphalt paving at Parking Lot C at the 19-1 Spring Court Extension Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work. Alternate No. 2 - Replacement of approximately 11,800 square feet of asphalt paving at Parking Lot D at the 19-1 Spring Court Extension Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work. Alternate No. 3 - Replacement of approximately 6,000 square feet of asphalt paving at Parking Lot E at the 19-1 Spring Court Extension Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work. Alternate No. 4 - Replacement of approximately 8,300 square feet of asphalt paving at Parking Lot F at the 19-1 Spring Court Extension Housing Development, as shown on the drawings, including all related work. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Woburn Housing Authority. The work is estimated to cost $ 540 ,000 .00 ( Base Bid : $160,000.00 - Alternates : $380,000.00). General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SO MWBA.
