Reference Number 0000372843 Bid Intent Not Available This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is seeking a qualified firm ("Contractor") to provide full-service preventative maintenance and repair services ("Services") for campus elevators as described in the Scope of Work. Per Colorado State law, all elevators must be in compliance by the second Monday of January of each year. Additional services may be needed September through November in preparation for state inspection. Parking on the Mines' campus (lot and street) requires a day-pass available at the lot pay stations. Additional parking information, including a campus map, can be found at online. Important Note: Offerors will meet at the west entrance of the Guggenheim Building. Question Deadline 02/13/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Prospective Offerors may make inquiries via online. No inquiries will be accepted after time. Responses to any Offeror's inquiries will be in writing, published as an Addendum. Offerors should not rely on any other statements that alter any specifications or other term or condition of the RFP outside of any officially posted Addendum. Mines reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, without penalty.
