Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
The Harris County Board of Education is soliciting bids for New Auditorium Seating per specifications and bid documents: Harris County High School Auditorium Seating. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty-five (35) days after the date of receipt of bids. The owner will make progress payments to the successful contractor as stated under Instructions to Bidders, Payments. Delivery of New Auditorium Seating to be week May 27th, 2025 with completion by July 11, 2025. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bidding, and to award a contract. The seating shall be floor mounted, with common upright support assemblies with upholstered seat and back cushions. The fixed back shall accommodate three pitch positions at 16o, 20o and 24o. The back cushion is protected by an injection-molded polypropylene back shroud wraps around the edge of the inner structure board and the foam. The seat cushion shall be counter-balanced with a gravity lift to ensure an automatic return to a full fold position.
