Under this project, the Contractor must furnish all labor and materials necessary to install 5 permanent generators and 1 portable generator, automatic or manual transfer switches at all eight sites, and other necessary appurtenances for a complete installation. Time allotted for completion of work is 365 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. No Bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of Bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State Law.
