**As of March 25, 2025 project was awarded to Pavement Coats Co, awarded amount is $188,550.66** All in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other contract documents on file in the Parks Department of the Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District. The words "PARKING LOT SLURRY SEALING PROJECT, SPEC. NO. SSVPL-24-25" shall appear on the envelope of each sealed bid, and each sealed envelope shall be addressed to the Park Services Manager, Matthew Parker, 1605 E. Burnley Street, Camarillo, CA 93010. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents for said project to be completed. The work will take place at Pleasant Valley Fields (200 Westpark Court), Mel Vincent Park (668 Calistoga Road), and Pitts Ranch Park (1400 Flynn Road), in Camarillo, California, and other related work as described in the Specifications and Contract Documents, by reference, made a part hereof. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
