VCOE reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the VCOE awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work. Estimated construction cost of $200,000.00 The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing the existing grass playfield with soil depth noted on plans; moving the majority of the irrigation system within the turf area and repairing it to continue functioning for the remaining campus; Installing a new synthetic turf play field with a 2 inch thick shock pad for safety and installing a new under-sidewalk drain. The Work is anticipated to be performed between June 5, 2025 and August 4, 2025 Weekends and after hour work may be required and shall be considered in the bid.
