The Trustees of the California State University will receive sealed bid proposals in the Facilities Service Work CenterIronwood Hall Building RM # 160 at the above address, for furnishing all labor and materials for construction of the abovenamed Project, Project Number CI-536, for the Channel Islands Campus. In general, the work consists of the Abatement & Interior Demolition of the F-17 & F-18 Buildings (and possible Additive Alternate in F16 and F18) on the Channel Islands Campus in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by CSUCI. Construction estimate is $520,000 for the base bid, Additive Alternate AA1: $108,000 and Alternate AA2: $49,000. An Allowance of $50,000 is carried outside the bid for additional discovery of unknown abatement items - see scoping document for additional information. The Trustees Construction Budget is $670,000. Estimated Value $670,000.00 Liquidated Damages 500 per day Project Durations 100 Days License Requirements See NTC The Trustees require the successful bidder to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE participation in contracting construction projects as established in the bidding documents, and bidders shall identify the DVBEs to be used to satisfy this requirement in their bids.
