Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Camarillo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal and disposal of all abandoned pipe and conduit except for pipe or conduit indicated specifically on plans for abandonment in place. Removal and offsite disposal of grass and root mat. Demolition of asphalt concrete and pavements as indicated on the drawings to straight, neatly saw cut surface Trees as indicated on plans, completed including roots. All other removals which may or may not been shown on plans as required for the project construction. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, as set forth in the Contract Documents. Contract Time shall be fifty (50) calendar days, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue. See Agreement between Owner and Contractor for more information. Respondent Question Submission Deadline: March 27, 2025 @ 4:00 p.m. District Provides Answers: April 2, 2025 Anticipated Start of Work: June 17, 2025 Substantial Completion: August 5, 2025 Punch List Items Complete August 15, 2025 The Owner will withhold retention of 5% from all progress payments.
