Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Sheridan College Bids Shall Be Submitted Per Requirements and Form Provided Within the Contract Documents. Contact Simplicity at 406-254-7157 for Information. The Project Consists of Work as Follows: Adding Mechanical Cooling to the Building; New Air-cooled Chiller Outside, Distribution Pumps and Piping Inside the Dome, Retrofit the (5) Existing Air-handling Units With Cooling Coils, New Motors, and Vfd's; Update Building Temperature Control System; Replace the Existing Electrical Transformer and Modify the Existing Service; Miscellaneous General Construction, Site Landscaping/irrigation, Trenching/backfill and Horizontal Concrete Flatwork. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for at Least Thirty (30) Calendar Days After the Scheduled Time for Receipt of Bids Except as Noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any and All Irregularities or Informalities and the Right to Determine What Constitutes Any and All Irregularities or Informalities.
