Est. Completion Date: Sept. 12, 2025 This project is funded with State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) funds. The Work consists of the approximate quantities: 12,440 CY Common Excavation 3,980 TONS HMA Pavement 17,335 TONS Base Aggregate Dense 10,700 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 13,735 SF Concrete Sidewalk 10,900 SY Restoration 1,420 LF Storm Sewer 2,515 LF Water Main 1,925 LF Water Service Bids will be received on a unit price basis. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond as bid security, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Port Washington as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of Contract. Should any bid be rejected, such bid security will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such bid bond will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the Contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the Contract and Performance Bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the City of Port Washington as liquidated damages.
