Site work and paving for a civil project in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 1,910 linear feet (LF) of 15-inch (IN) sanitary sewer installed via open cut, 130 LF of 15-IN sanitary sewer installed via jack and bore, reconnection of sanitary sewer laterals, gravel maintenance path, and restoration of asphalt and concrete road. Question Deadline 02/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing All requests for interpretation must be received at least five days prior to the day set for receiving Bids The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
