The State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Turnpikes is soliciting price proposals for Heating-Ventilating-Air Conditioning (HVAC) Energy Management & Control System Inspection and Service from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, effective upon Governor and Council approval. (Hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR) submits the bid in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for HeatingVentilating-Air Conditioning Energy Management & Control System Contract, NHDOT Bureau of Turnpikes" as spelled out in Section G below to the State of New Hampshire, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Turnpikes (hereinafter referred to as the DEPARTMENT) to furnish services under the Terms of Agreement spelled out below and in the General Provisions of the Agreement Form P-37 (Attachment F) for Heating-Ventilating-Air Conditioning (HVAC) energy management and control system, inspection, preventive maintenance, training and emergency repair service. The DEPARTMENT seeks to engage a contractor for the purpose of providing HVAC energy management and control system, inspection, preventive maintenance, training and emergency repair service at each of eleven (11) sites listed on the attached equipment location list (Attachment C). The DEPARTMENT retains the right to require the CONTRACTOR to counsel or reassign any employee whose actions or appearance are not consistent with the standards of the DEPARTMENT and in the best interest of those utilizing the service. DEPARTMENT may, at any time, restrict a CONTRACTOR's employee from servicing DEPARTMENT equipment. Such employee(s) shall be replaced with an alternate qualified CONTRACTOR's employee meeting the agency's acceptance
