CUSD #7 (Tolono) Asphalt Repair and Reseal Scope ofWork The Board ofEducation, Community Unit School District #7, invites bids for asphalt repair and resealing across the district's campuses. The project includes asphalt repair, sealcoating, and striping at the following locations: CUSD #7 (Tolono) is receiving bids for the Summer of2025 ASPHALT MAINTENANCE at various locations. Bids are due Monday, March 3, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are to be submitted to: CUSD #7 (Tolono) Attention: Dr. Brian Brink, 1121 CR 800N, Tolono, Illinois 61880. Bids must be clearly marked: Bid - Tolono- CUSD #7 Asphalt Repair and Reseal. The bid opening will take place in the offices ofCUSD #7 at 10 a.m. on March 3, 2025. Bid specifications are available in the Office ofthe Superintendent, 1121 County Road 800 N, Tolono, IL, 61880. Areas to be patched will be coordinated with school administration. o Crack Filling: Contractor will clean out all existing cracks in excess of %" in width by mechanical routing to a minimum of %" x %" and apply hot rubberized crack fillerthat meets ASTM 6690 Type II Specifications. 1. Junior High/High School Main Campus: Parking lots, entrances, and drives (approximately 225,830 sq. ft.) 2. Unity East: Parking lots, entrances, drives, and playground (approximately 89,200 sq. ft. for parking areas plus an additional 8,510 sq. ft. for playground) 3.
