Site work for a civil project in Quinter, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Water Supply System Improvements: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for construction of a water supply well; chlorination building; excavation; backfilling; site and building concrete work; architectural work; masonry block construction; process piping; mechanical and electrical equipment; valves, hydrants, & appurtenances; 4 inch water supply line; automated vacuum operated chlorine gas equipment and booster pump; telemetry; gravel surfacing; grass seeding; erosion control; well piping and electrical improvements; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Alternates: Addition of a permanent standby propane generator and appurtenances. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $900,000. The Project has an expected duration of 240 days. This project is funded in part by United State Department of Agriculture - Rural Development (USDA-RD).
