Bids Will Be Accepted Only From qualified General Contractors licensed Prior to the Bid Opening by the State of Alabama. A Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond Pay- Able to the City of Huntsville, Al- Abama, D/b/a/ Huntsville Utilitiesfor an Amount Not Less Than 5%of the Contractor's Bid, but in Noevent More Than $10,000.00, Will be Required to Accompany Eachbid. A Performance Bond, a Payment Bond, a Maintenance Bond,and Insurance Will Be Requiredprior to Execution of the Contract.
