The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority ("HMCAA") is soliciting proposals, to include statements of qualifications, for professional design services, including design, bidding and construction administration phases, for the Concourse Improvements - Phase 3 Project ("Project"). It is anticipated that the Project will be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"). All work and design services must be performed in compliance with regulations applicable to AIP, FTA, PFC, AIG, or ATP funded projects. Selection of a consultant and any agreement or contract entered into will be in accordance with the provisions of FAA AC 150/5100-14E, Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. The final selection for Design Services will be separate from Resident Project Representative ("RPR") Services, Quality Assurance ("QA") Testing Services, and QA Surveying Services. In the event you are selected for Design Services, you may not be selected for RPR Services, QA Testing Services, or QA Surveying Services. This is not a request for price proposals. Proposals containing pricing or fee information will be disqualified. Proposers may submit to provide professional design services for individual components of the Project or the entirety of the Project. HMCAA reserves the right to award components of the Project to different design firms based on qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
