Vendor will be required to provide Janitorial Services at our Central office location Monday thru Friday (Holidays Excluded) from 9:00am till 3:00pm Bidder will supply hourly rate, daily rate and monthly rate on Request for Quote Form within section titled "Cost Analysis" to clean sanitize, disinfect the following: At the request of designated GDPM staff, vendor may be asked to provide additional janitorial services outside the hours identified above. A. All floor surfaces including VCT Tile, Vinyl Planks, Ceramic Tile and Carpet Tile. B. Disinfect all tables and chairs in interview rooms, labs and lobbies. C. Bathrooms D. All doorknobs, glass and select interior glass surfaces. Clean exterior and interior glass on entry doors. E. Cleaning of light fixtures. Areas to be cleaned will be identified by Contract Administrator or Maintenance Coordinator F. Clean and disinfect break room including all counter tops and appliances. G. Dusting of all file cabinet tops H. Disinfecting of all stair handrails I. Remove all trash from waste baskets and other items deemed trash and throw away in GDPM provided dumpster. Replace with new can liner. J. Dust office ceiling vents on monthly basis.
