Site work for a water / sewer project in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of February 28, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 11, 2025.** The project consists of installing approximately 3,610' of 8" DIP and 82 service stubs and reconnects. Fire hydrants and other appurtenances as shown on the plans are also included. Engineer's Estimate $ 1,480,000.00 All Bids Shall Include the Bid Submittal Documents as Defined in the Instructions to Bidders in Specification Section 00100. Construction to Start by June 2025. The County Commissioners Reserve the Rights Defined in the Instructions to Bidders, Including, but Not Limited to the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities of Bids, Should Same Be to the Advantage of the County. The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the Project identified in the Contact Documents, including Section S-01011. On request and by appointment, Owner may conduct a site visit during Owner's normal business hours for any Bidder requesting such a visit. All visits shall be scheduled through the Owner.
