Washington Township is requesting a professional quotation from qualified installers (the Installer) to remove an existing natural gas water boiler model number P-1631-A at East and replace it with a natural gas Raytherm, Type WH, Indoor Commercial Water Boiler, Model 1631 or equivalent. In addition to this primary scope, quotes should include an assessment of the entire scope of repairs required for complete installation of the new unit to meet current code requirements. This includes expected repairs to existing exterior vent louvres and any additional scope identified as required for safe and effective replacement. The purpose of the Project is to upgrade an aging pool boiler to improve energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, performance, reliability and maintenance.
