The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Landscape Clean Up located at Long Beach Stearns CSMS (3500 East Stearns Street, Long Beach, CA 90822) & Long Beach (Redondo) Armory (2200 Redondo Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90822). Work to include: Perform all landscape work, including the trimming and removal of trees and bushes, at the Long Beach Stearns CSMS and Long Beach (Redondo) Armory sites, ensuring compliance with the following specifications: remove all trees and bushes within five feet of designated fence lines, remove all palm trees including stumps, trim all remaining trees to maintain a minimum six-foot clearance above fence lines, clean up the sites, and dispose of all landscape debris, while adhering to local, state, and federal codes and ensuring no damage to items outside the scope of work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-27 - Landscaping Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
