The analysis and recommendations provided by the Consultant will provide valuable input into the development of and compliance with NPDES mandated programs. In addition, the addition of a storm water management facilities inventory with provide the Department with a management tool for the operation and maintenance of its storm water management facilities and the identification of illicit discharges into its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4).
