**As of June 9, 2025, project was awarded to Waterline utilities , awarded amount is $16,367,677 but unable to locate both in CRM and GOOGLE. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The project involves constructing a new treatment process for the removal of PFAS at the Crooked Spring WTP. The treatment process will be housed in a separate masonry building and consist of six, pressurized 12-foot diameter vessels filled with granular activated carbon (GAC). The building will be approximately 132 by 57 feet with the main process floor depressed 4-feet below ground elevation. The new building will contain two-celled backwash supply tanks with vertical turbine pumps, an electrical room, and a mechanical room. The Work will also include various upgrades to the Crooked Spring WTP main building and the construction of a two-celled, concrete, 60' x 60' x 10' spent wash-water recycle tank with recycle pumps. This project included prequalification for General Contractors and Filed Subbidders. Only prequalified General Contractors and Filed Subbiders can submit a bid. Filed Subbids and General Bids shall be delivered to above agency address no later than the deadline.
