Concrete repair of W Cold Spring Rd from S 51st Street to S 68th Street and full replacement of 51st Street intersection. W Cold Spring Rd shall be under construction for no more than a 12-week duration. The section of W Cold Spring Rd from S 60th Street to S 68th Street cannot begin prior to June 16, 2025 and must be complete and re-opened to traffic by August 29, 2025. Project is to be substantially complete no later than by Friday, September 19, 2025 and completed and ready for final completion no later than Friday, October 3, 2025. Interim and final completion dates are subject to liquidated damages. The project consists of concrete panel and curb & gutter replacement, structure repairs, and minor landscaping on W Cold Spring Rd from S 51 st Street to S 68 th Street. The project also includes the complete concrete replacement of the W Cold Spring Rd and S 51 st Street intersection which will include the installation of ADA curb ramps in all quadrants. Work included in the project corridor shall include the following: Concrete panel repair and replacement, curb & gutter replacement, curb ramps, storm and sanitary sewer structure repairs, utility structure adjustments, pavement marking, traffic control, and minor landscaping All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
