Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of approximately 150 L.F. of 15" RCP storm sewer extension, manholes, clearing and grubbing, temporary erosion control, and restoration. PROJECT SCHEDULE: Once construction begins, it shall be continuous until completion. Project is to be substantially complete no later than by Friday, September 12, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment no later than Friday, September 26, 2025. CONTRACTOR'S QUALIFICATION STATEMENT: Contractor must be pre-qualified with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation or must be pre-qualified through the City of Greenfield Submission of Prequalification for the Year 2025 which must be submitted to the City of Greenfield by Thursday, February 27, 2025. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
