Edgewater Rd & Fireworks Ave - Road Reconditioning Agricultural Road Improvement Program (ARIP) Project Town of Greenfield Monroe County, Wisconsin The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: CONTRACT 1 - Road Reconditioning for approximately 1.5-miles Rural Road Section. Proposed work consists of general grading, pulverizing existing base, new aggregate base, ditching, install new road culverts, install new driveway culverts, improve 3 road intersections, erosion control and restoration. Substantial completion is set for November 30, 2025. Final completion is set for December 30, 2025. CONTRACT 2 - Finish grading, paving, shouldering, road and traffic signs, pavement striping at intersections for approximately 1.5-mile road length with 4.0" Hot Asphalt Mix. Work shall be substantially completed by July 15th, 2026. Final completion is set for July 30, 2026. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
