Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
This project includes the removal of asbestos on the south side of the Central Heating Plant. It will also include removal of the two coal fired boiler and selected associated piping and electrical work as shown on the contract documents. The north side and some equipment on the south side of the plant will remain active will this work is being performed. Outages will need to be scheduled for some connection and caps.
