Lextran is seeking a contractor for Mechanical and HVAC services to be performed at all Lextran facilities, including 200 West Loudon Avenue and 150 East Vine Street, on an as needed basis. The awarded contractor must have adequate resources and licensed personnel to provide the repair, services, and inspections required, as well as parts etc. for Lextran's HVAC systems. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services are requested for the servicing, repairing, supplying of parts, etc. to Lextran's HVAC located on all Lextran properties. Includes but not limited to all gas, radiators, boilers, duct work, electrical and electronic controls associated systems etc. This also includes the scheduling and performing of all mandatory and periodic inspections on all required equipment and providing maintenance on the equipment meeting or exceeding all applicable federal, state, and /or local safety regulations, standards, and/or codes, obtaining licenses, permits, etc. Proposers should include in their proposals any known regular inspections or preventive maintenance work that needs to be done for HVAC and include an estimated number of hours it will take for each of those tasks.
