1. The work generally consists of: Site 1 - Grove Creek Road: Install three (3) open-bottom arch culverts in parallel, overtop geogrid stabilized shallow foundation. Site 2 - Meeteetse Trail: Install tied-concrete block mat low-water crossing with upstream and downstream riprap protection. Contract Time will be 32 CALENDAR days with the Notice to Proceed being issued no earlier than March 17th, 2024 (weather dependent) and following receipt of all required jurisdictional agency permits. All construction schedules shall be substantially complete and ready for OWNER's use and pre-final inspection by Friday, April 18, 2025. All construction schedules shall be finally complete and ready for OWNER's use and final inspection by Friday, April 25, 2025. All construction schedules shall be finally complete and ready for final payment within (30) calendar days of Substantial Completion. The CONTRACTOR shall pay the OWNER $1,000.00, for each calendar day or part of a day that expires after the time specified for Substantial Completion of any construction schedule(s) until the Work is substantially complete. The CONTRACTOR shall also pay the OWNER $250, for each calendar day or part of a day that expires after the time specified for Final Completion and payment until the Work is finally complete. The following additional information, if applicable shall be submitted in the CONTRACTOR's bid proposal unless otherwise specified: B. The Certificate Regarding Debarment form (SECTION 00 73 03) shall be included with each bid. C. The Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment Certification (SECTION 00 73 03) shall be included with each bid. D. MBE/WBE Subcontractor solicitation information form (SECTION 00 73 03) shall be included with each bid. There will not be a pre-bid conference. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to Bond and Licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. The OWNER reserves the right to hold and bid securities for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. The OWNER may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of these periods, waive any informality in any bid, and to reject the bid of any party who has been delinquent or unfaithful in the performance of any former contract with the OWNER.
