This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane ("the Town") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Paving and Manhole Repairs, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town is requesting proposals from qualified Proponents to provide paving of roads and pathways, as well as manhole repairs., on a "as and when required" basis. The Term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the Town to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to 2 (2) years in one (1) year increments at the Town's sole discretion.
