Question Deadline 02/06/2025 Every request for such technical and design interpretation shall be in writing addressed to Daniel Bogaert, Project Manager at Daniel.bogaert@bend.k12.or.us. To be given consideration the request must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the Bids. Existing Fire Alarm Systems Replacement - Summit High School The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Replace existing Fire Alarm Systems with code minimum new Potter Voice Evac System at Summit High School. 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by 4:00 PM on the above date in order for bids to be considered for award. Bids and 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement received after the required time and date time will not be considered. This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the Bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that "Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838, 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148.
