City of Avondale is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualification seeking statements of qualifications (''SOQ'') from qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk firms ("CMAR Firms") interested in providing Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for design phase review and complete construction services related to the Old Town Avondale Phase IV and V Roadway and Waterline Improvements (the "Project") and other items as deemed necessary by the City. (the ''Services''). All questions must be in writing and are due no later than February 5, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on February 13, 2025, and must be submitted online through online, only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to submitting SOQ responses through the Online Website address: online. The City of Avondale will endeavor to ensure every way possible that disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) shall have every opportunity to participate in providing materials/services without being discriminated against on grounds of race, religion, sex, age, or natural origin. DBE businesses are encouraged to submit on this solicitation.
