Tree Procurement: o Purchase/Install trees on the Arizona Department of Water Resources Phoenix Active Management Area Low-Water-Use/Drought-Tolerant Plant List o Unless specified, the contractor will work with the City of Avondale to determine the appropriate tree/plant species for each location. Examples of preferred trees include Chinese Elm, Evergreen/Live Oak, Indian Rosewood, Mastic Tree, Red Push Pistache, Mulga, Acacia Yellow Balls o Ensure trees are healthy at time of purchase o Provide to Avondale the name of the business/locations the trees/plants are purchased from o Meet specified size requirements - All trees shall be in 24-inch boxes
