Renovation of a library in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 27,000-square-foot library.

This project will renovate the existing library interiors. Remove and replace interior walls, ceilings and finish materials. Relocate and create new restrooms. Existing major HVAC equipment to remain, but to receive upgrades and new controls. Supplemental HVAC equipment to be replaced with new with new controls. Replace electrical power and low voltage distribution systems and provide new devices and fixtures. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of all project work by January 23, 2026. Construction budget for this project is estimated to be $4,250,000.
