S. 76th Street (CTH U) Highway Reconstruction Project Location: S. County Line Rd. to S. Creekview Ct. Contract Description: The work under this contract consists of removing concrete paving, asphaltic surface milling, grading, base aggregate dense, concrete paving, HMA pavement, concrete curb & gutter, guardrail, erosion control, restoration, permanent signing, pavement marking, traffic control, replacing existing cross culverts, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. This project is part of the County Highway Improvement Discretionary (CHID) program. Project Completion: November 20, 2025 Pre-Bid Meeting: N/A This project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 25 percent (DBE goal process requirements and mandatory submittals for Milwaukee County follow 49 CFR part 26). Bidders shall be qualified in accordance with Chapter 43 of Milwaukee County Ordinance. Bidders shall submit the completed Subcontractor-Supplier Information Entry with the Bid. Failure to submit this information with Bid may result in rejection of the Bid as non-responsive. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Bids shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after
