DMC Auditorium Improvements C245-C249, C100, C137, C147 & DMC C-Building MEP Improvements FOLLOWED BY THE PUBLIC BID OPENING FOR THE FOLLOWING SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT INCLUDING: General Construction, Carpentry, Masonry, Painting, Finishes, HVAC, DDC Controls, Electrical, Fire Protection, Audio-Visual Work, Bids and bonds must be uploaded to the A/E Graphics Public Jobs Plan Room for this project. Bid shall include a copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond. Bidder must be prepared to provide a hard copy of the Certified or Bank Cashier's Check or Bid Bond to MATC within 48 hours of notification that they are the low bidder or as requested by MATC. A goal of 20% for the participation of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) is included in the specifications and is strongly recommended. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of HUB firms participating in the work as part of the post bid submittal to MATC. The apprenticeship requirements for this project are as follows: Apprentices are mandatory from four (4) the following trades: General Laborer, Carpenter, Mason, Drywall Taper, Painter, Electrician, HVAC Installer-Technician, Pipefitter, & Sheet Metal Worker. The successful bidder will be required to provide a list of Apprentice Categories from those listed above which will be utilized during this period.
