Demonstrated experience in the oversight of design and construction for the demolition, renovation, preservation, modernization and construction at the Brith Sholom ("3939"), and to provide a full range of Construction Management ("CM") Services. CMs are sought to submit responses to this Request For Proposal (RFP) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the CMs' current base "Construction Management Services" contract with PHA for construction management services associated with the oversight of the renovation and reconfiguration of an 11-story high rise tower, yielding a total of 336 modernized, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and ADA accessible units at the previously known site of Brith Sholom, located at 3939 Conshohocken Ave. in the Wynnefield Heights section of West Philadelphia.
