Electronic (sealed) proposals will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Pacifica per the attached timeline for the following project: FY 2025-26 Concrete Improvements Project for the following project: FY 2025-26 Concrete Improvements Project to be opened through a teleconferenced meeting live via Zoom Conference (link provided in the OpenGov PRO Bidding System). The bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the City Clerk; said bids, after being publicly opened, examined and declared, will be calculated by the Engineer, their report returned to the City Clerk, and the report of the results of the bidding and the calculations of the Engineer will be reported to the City Council of the City of Pacifica at the next regular meeting thereof. The City Council of the City of Pacifica reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or bids, should it deem this necessary for the public good, waive any irregularities in any bids and its determination as to which bid is the lowest responsible bid and it may also reject the bid of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any former contract with the City of Pacifica for the best interest of the City shall be final. The City shall have SIXTY (60) calendar days from and after the opening of the bids within which to make its determination.
