Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pacifica, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and service station / car wash facility.
The project is located at 930 Oddstad Blvd. in Pacifica California. The site is 16.49 acres. There is a 40,000 SF single-story permanently closed elementary school on the site. The full project scope includes a total of ten buildings, 3 solar carports, and landscape amenities. There are 2 two-story apartment buildings, 5 two-story townhouse buildings, a one-story management office, commons building, and a public service building that provides toilet and locker room facilities for the adjacent playfield area of Frontierland Park. The project will be bid out in phases that will be outlined in the subsequent RFP. All buildings are Type V wood-framed construction and fully sprinkled. Parking will be on-grade and include EV charging stations and EV ready infrastructure. The project scope includes relevant site work, including excavation, grading, paving, landscaping and utility connections as required for a complete project. Question Deadline 10/10/2025. Only one copy of the prequalification is required to be submitted.
