The site is 16.49 acres. The site is bordered by a residential neighborhood to the north and east and abuts the Frontierland Park to the south and west. The project includes demolition of the existing buildings and construction of new housing. There is an 40,000 SF single-story permanently closed elementary school on the site and 3 portable classroom buildings to be demolished. Hazardous materials abatement at the site has been completed. The new construction includes a total of ten buildings, two bike storage, two trash enclosures, 3 solar carports, and landscape amenities. There are (2) two-story apartment buildings, (5) two-story townhouse buildings, a one-story management office, a one-story commons building, and a one-story public service building with toilets and locker room facilities for the adjacent playfield area of Frontierland Park.
