Site work for a water / sewer project in Pacifica, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The North Coast County Water District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Loop at Everglades Drive Project - Phase 2. Scope of Work includes, without limitation: (1) Installation of approximately 1,409 feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP) and appurtenances on Oddstad Boulevard between Big Bend Drive and Yosemite Drive, (2) Installation of roughly 721 feet of 8-inch DIP and appurtenances on Yosemite Drive, (3) Connection of the new water mains to the existing lines on Oddstad Boulevard at Big Bend Drive, (4) The in-place abandonment of the existing active 8-inch cast iron pipe (CIP), the capping and plugging of the existing abandoned 8-inch CIP, and the abandonment of valves on Big Bend Drive and Yosemite Drive, (5) Connection of the new water mains to the existing lines on Yosemite Drive, (6) Final asphalt paving of approximately 7,950 square feet from Oddstad Boulevard to Yosemite Drive to restore road surface following trenching activities related to pipe installation required for the project.
