Site work for a civil project in Phoenix, Arizona. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Well 6A-W319, Booster Pump Station 8A-B3, and Pressure Reducing Valve Station 6A-R2 Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The City is currently working on a design for the redevelopment of an existing potable groundwater production well site. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. This project site is located near E. Pinnacle Peak Road and N. Tatum Boulevard. The estimated total cost for construction for this project is $17 million. A Small Business Enterprise goal will be established prior to the start of construction.
